Airfreight services
POLYTRA manages direct flights with reliable carriers, guaranteeing the shortest lead times available. Via our extensive partner network, we can organise highly specialised cross-trade shipments. Top priority shipments are handled via our First Priority Service while regular consolidations from major airports on the continent connect Europe with production sites all over the world.

Sea-Air services
Our Sea-Air services offer the perfect balance between time and price. On a case-by-case basis, we calculate the best options utilising the free capacity of airplanes in connection with sea links to the most convenient harbours.

Customs Clearance Service

Our highly qualified customs clearance specialists have both the knowledge and experience to ensure your goods attain customs clearance in the shortest possible time.

Alongside the regular administrative handling of import and export shipments, we provide extensive consultancy services to optimise your inbound and outbound flows.

E-Services

POLYTRA offers a range of secure e-services. In addition to an extensive track and trace system, we are able to provide our customers with detailed historical data, offering real KPIs in a dashboard overview.

Sea freight Services

Together with its overseas partners, POLYTRA handles over two hundred thousand TEUs every year. Our sea freight services include:

	Less than container load (LCL) services
	Buyers' Consolidation
	Warehousing
	Domestic distribution
	Customs clearance and document handling
	Combined air and sea freight services

Inbound consolidation services from Asia are provided on a weekly basis. Goods are loaded and unloaded in our own secured warehouses.

Direct LCL shipments are available from Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Other areas in Asia are serviced on a weekly basis via transhipment ports.

Buyers' consolidation from the same areas is a routine job for our highly skilled staff in China and the rest of Asia.

European Distribution Services

POLYTRA provides both full and part loads as well as groupage services across the continent. Together with our subcontractors, we focus on providing a seamless service together with prompt feedback on deliveries. That is why most of the trucks we use are equipped with satellite communication enabling us to monitor your shipments online.

Hanging Garments
Polytra offers a specific service for the inbound transportation of your hanging garments from Asia to final destinations all over Europe.

Logistics Services

POLYTRA offers both custom and standardised integrated logistics solutions, from supply chain management and dedicated or shared warehousing to cross-docking and distribution. We provide a range of flexible storage options, not only in the Antwerp Port but across the entire Benelux. In cooperation with local partners, we also offer logistics solutions in Asia and the USA, thus affording our customers - on a flexible basis - the space they need to corner the market.
